MT Reserve is a new brand of ours meant to showcase two things that are very important to us: Time and oak. This beer is Modem Tones aged 42 months in Bovine Outline Bourbon Barrels. The result is an incredible Stout drenched in unbelievably pronounced richness and depth. Huge wafts of Bourbon and oak harmonize with rich flavors of ganache, coffee and 80% cocoa. Medium bodied with the perfect amount of carbonation, this beer is even more delicious when left to be warmed a bit in the glass.
