Is this the Final Course? No, this is the Final Final Course! Chaos Grid: The Final Course was an intensely decadent pastry stout where we threw caution to the wind, and went absolutely overboard with Vanilla beans, Toasted Coconut, Cocoa Nibs, and Almonds.
This edition goes even harder- Using a boatload of Toasted, Macaroon, and Untoasted Coconut, Mexican Cocoa Nibs, a trio of Madagascar, Papua New Guinea, and Ugandan Vanilla Beans, Honduras Los Amigos Coffee Beans, and Toasted Almonds. It's sheer, unrestrained luxury in a bottle. This blend consists of Beastmaster aged in Ethereal Mound barrels, Dragon Mask aged in Ancient Gitzferald for 30 months, Altar of the Orc Lord aged in quadruple Flowers barrels for 22 months, Modem Tones aged in Ethereal Mound barrels for 22 months and Monsters’ Park aged in Schmillett barrels for 34 months.

As decadent as advertised - if you’ve had any of MT’s incredible barrel-aged beverages, this is about as good of a blend as could possibly be concocted. Massive waves of marshmallow and cocoa and oak. The whole is definitely more than the sum of the parts.
Can’t wait to try The Penultimate Course. I guess it’s even more ‘Spinal Tap 11’, and going to be entered into GABF.
