We added Ugandan Vanilla Beans, Mexican Cocoa Nibs, Idea Machine Dark Roast Coffee, and some of our very own barrel aged Maple Syrup to this oaky creation.

Poured at fridge temp, but this warmed for a while before and throughout tasting. Pours a VERY thick black with zero head. I can see the mouthfeel on this one! The nose is really nice. Sweet for sure. Marshmallow, caramel, maple, chocolate, graham crackers, and a nice hint note of coffee. Super smooth and definitely gets a bit more balanced as it warms a bit.
The taste is excellent. The coffee immediately makes itself apparent on the taste, and the maple takes somewhat of a back seat. Vanilla, chocolate, slight mint note (reminds of an After Eight mint chocolate), a slight roasty note, brown sugar, and a nice plum note. Super tasty and nicely integrated. This is a really great example of a pastry stout, and it's not too sweet!
The mouthfeel is insane. Super thick and creamy, with a nice chocolate and coffee aftertaste. Winner for me.

22 oz bomber into a snifter.
Take the already epic Suggestions of Mass series and add an uber upscale Mexican coffee twist on the whole thing, and here you have it. Unbelievably decadent…too bad there aren’t many left to witness it.
