The final iteration, this formidably tasty flavor-beast began as a collaboration with the excellent folks at Jester King.
This year, we blended a petite Saison with Brett, a Saison with Mixed Culture, and a boatload of raspberry to create this.
73 lbs / bbl of Raspberry puree was added to this master blend and allowed to re-ferment with the wild yeast already present. It’s effervescent, fruity, and very nice.

Look - slight hazy pinkish red with a nice white head
Smell and taste - tart raspberry and a little sweet
Feel - lighter body and slightly crisp
Overall - solid
