Grainy, slightly sweet aroma, with a big lactic sourness.

Flavor is a little more flat, with a significant grainy malt backbone dominating throughout. There's a clean lactic sour bite that surfaces at the start and fades.

Had this on tap at The Lackman in OTR. The smell has that raw, creamed corn and hay smell. Reminds me of when I did a sour wort Berliner, and this beer was very reminiscent from the smell that came out of the fermenter. Lots of lacto sourness in the taste. Lemony, spritzy (duh!) and zero bittering units from what I can detect. A very raw, grainy flavor, almost barn-yardy. I'm guessing this was a no-boil Berliner? A pretty good one though, and glad I tried it! Very true to the style
