Bright, juicy and blushing with vivid fruit esters, this Tropical IPA invites you for a creamsicle cruise over lupulin lagoons towards sherbet sunsets. Everyone knows that the best way to take the vibe to eleven is with a few well-placed flamingos.

A - Pours pale orange, significant head, dense, lots of thin line lacing.
S - Orange crème soda and sharp hop, herbal notes, a hint of melon and pineapple.
T - Follows the nose, with a strong tangerine open, a bit of tropical fruit in the middle, leaning toward mango and guava, and a moderately bitter bite in the finish.
M - Decent carbonation and weight but a touch of grittiness that detracts from an otherwise solid feel.
O - A tasty beer, with a good nose. The feel is a bit off, but not something that would make me avoid this one.

12oz can canned 4/29/22 into a Spiegelau IPA glass.
L: Pours clouded light soft hazy peach gold w/a 1+" off white head, very good retention, well carbonated, sticky random lacing w/some banding. Sediment settles to base of glass.
S: Enthusiastic amounts of fruits, mango, peach, pineapple, papaya, berries, light caramel, a sensation of pastry dough, a squeeze of dankness, no alcohol aroma.
T: Taste follows nose along with citrus and melon zest, bright fruity esters, pie crust and a suggestion of dankness. Lightly intense in the middle, gently tart in the finish.
F: Crisp, a bit punchy medium bodied juicy mouthfeel w/a medium length gently drying finish. Moderately smooth overall.
O: An exceptional tasting & feeling tropical IPA. Very well balanced fruit flavors and has body & shape. Well masked 6.4% ABV. This beer has power and unfolds as it warms a bit. Scores 2 on the Dank-O-Meter. It is excellent in it's style.

Any time I see this "tropical ipa" thing anywhere the beer literally always doesn't stand out as being overly fruity at all let alone tropical. Citrus and pine is all there but idk. This is a miss for me, I could get tropicoastal or tropical can-o-bliss for the same effect

I tried this at the brewery. It poured a clear golden with white head that left a very slight lace. The scent had citrus and Belgian notes. The taste was nicely balanced and easy to drink with citrus flare. The mouthfeel was lighter in body with good carbonation. Overall it was a solid beer.

Had at the Brewery in pint glass. I rate Streaker and Truth higher out of the 3 that I sampled.

Dipping their toe into the tropical end of the hop pool, the Rhinegeist brewers debut a succulent, tangy, richly fruited IPA that's remiss of creamsicle and sherbet.
Burnt orange and peachy-gold, the heavily hazed, nearly turbid ale carries a muddy appearance with a soft pillowy white froth. Ripe tropical aromas of stone fruit and hawaiian punch-like fruits carry a highly fragrant perfume. Sweet and creamy malts are of the pulled candy ilk with the tangy, teeth-churning taste of radiant tropical fruit, simple syrup and light caramel.
The ale simply blossoms on the middle palate, releasing a plethora of succulent fruits- pineapple, mango, apricot, passionfruit, dragon fruit, melon and kiwi all take a resounding command over the more common hop attributes of pink grapefruit, blood orange, lemon and lime. Soft and smooth in bitterness, the beer's hoppy under-current is spucy like gin and with a fresh grassy flavor.
Medium-bodied but retaining a strong malty, creamy backbone and the ale trends less dry, less crisp and restricting drinkability slightly in favor of the overwhelming citrus and tropical flavors instead. Bittersweet in finish, its hard to shake those curiosities of orange sherbet, push-up and hawaiian punch.
