Served on tap in a standard pint glass at the Old Mohawk Tavern, Columbus, Ohio. Pale golden color, with the tentative taproon draw leaving little head that settled quickly. Light grassy aroma, with a little citrus and a delicate floral / herbal note. These characteristics are prominent on the flavor profile as well, along with a bit of light citrusy tartness. Light to medium body, with a very dry and crisp finish. Excellent food beer, but stands very well on its own as a refreshing sipper. Well done!
