Pours a murky yellow, lots of debris, light head and lacing. Upon this nose, I get berries, fresh fruit. Upon the tongue, touch of citrus and wash of berries. Nice cottony mouthfeel, lots of syrup. You’ll want to hold this on your tongue a bit. Finishes sweet, yet sharp. One of the better versions of Cloud Harvest …really good.

I got a 6pck of this beer from my local Giant Eagle store. It poured a hazy golden with white head that is leaving a nice lace. The scent had tart berry fruit notes. The taste was nicely balanced and easy to drink with sweet malt base and tart berry presence. The mouthfeel was medium in body and had good carbonation. Overall it is a great beer.

Putting the tastebuds on cloud nine, Rhinegeist once again gives hopheads what they want in their Cloud Harvest series. The sixth installment in the lineup celebrates Mosaic, Equanot and Idaho 7 hop varieties and also a mindset of Thailand beaches for inspiration.
The Ya Nui version kicks off with a bright but diffused golden pour before crowning with a creamy cotton white cap. As a gentle scent of tropical fruit, curious herb, candied citrus and orchard fruit rolls from the rim, the first sip draws impressions from modest maltiness of caramel, honey and a light toasted nuttiness to suggest a subtle graham cracker savoriness.
But anything malt relates quickly dissolves in order to let the hop flavors to shine. Tangerine, lime and grapefruit converge for a citrusy hop introduction before a more tropical taste takes hold. Mango, passionfruit and papaya add a succulence in imply tartness. But a rounded and fuller taste hits late with the character of currant, grape and peach for a full complement of fruit flavors that are all hops.
Moderately bitter, the beer draws a juiciness from more hazy-styles of ale but also has a crisp, refreshing and sharper bitter edge to pull from more classic IPA. This togetherness allows the beer to finish both fruity and bitter with a medium length aftertaste of fruit peels and skins with an herbal complement of green tea, hemp and verbena.
