One cool cat. Fresh additions of grapefruit peel and zesty ginger make for a bright and balanced White Ale with a refreshing nip. The perfect brew for warming up, cooling down, and everything in between. Snow Cat is a seasonal release, available in cans and on draft.

I got a 6pck of cans of this beer from my local meijer store. It poured a hazy yellow with white head that is leaving some lace. The scent had grapefruit and coriander spice. The taste was nicely balanced and easy to drink with a hefe like malt with bitter fruit and coriander spice. The mouthfeel was lighter in body with good carbonation. Overall it is a good beer.

Idk about this man. It smells like actual piss and has way too much ginger, burns the back of your throat. The worst beer I've had from this brewery.

Who says that wheat beers are made for summer? Rhinegeist weaves the classic citrus of grapefruit and the warming spice of ginger into a winter white ale that brings this otherwise summer sipper into the days of snow.
Snow Cat gets going with a pale golden and firmly hazy pour. As a frothy cap rises, so does the brisk scents of citrus, perfume, peppery, dough and grain. With a creamy and wheaten malt presence, the early sweetness is soft with sourdough, grain and powdered sugar.
As the sweetness subsides and the grain flavors remain, the middle palate also shows a rise of flavor additions with the citrusy taste of orange and grapefruit with peps of lemon and cider. A late call of spices leads to hints of lemonpepper, white pepper and ginger for a slight nod to holiday spice. Slightly bitter and leaning calmly tart, the late taste is grainy and soft with a cream of wheat character.
Medium light in body and finishing on the drier side of malty-dry, Snow Cat is a crisp and characterful beer for any season.

Very impressed with this light crisp and particularly yummy Brew...... I hadn't heard of it before, and was surprised to see it in cans on the shelf at my local grocer.... Find it and enjoy
