Skeleton Brut White is a collaboration with our neighbors at The Skeleton Root. We cross-pollination, literally, sourcing local wild yeast swabbed from a bee's knees. This dry, complex, and elegant ale was brewed with grape must.

1 pint .9oz bottle into a goblet. 2021 release, a gift from my niece and her husband from a cellar sale at the brewery.
Decent looking beer, bright yellow body with a slowly diminishing white head. A few specks of lacing. Aroma is a little musty. Taste is dry, sharp, nice white wine notes, and some grape. Finish is lasting, dry with a light sour bitter note late on. Very interesting beer and quite enjoyable.
