Every hero needs a nemesis...
This diabolically-hopped hazy IPA has been hard at work in a secret lab, cooking up deceptively juicy disguises in order to evade the style police at every turn. Expressive tropical fruit aromas, bright citrus flavors and a pillowy mouthfeel will have you second questioning everything you thought you knew about hops.

I got a couple cans of this beer from a mixed "hop box" 12pck that i bought at my local meijer store. It poured a slightly hazy golden with no head and no lace. The scent had dank tropical fruit notes. The taste was nicely balanced and easy to drink with bright malt base with tropical fruit peel presence. The mouthfeel was lighter in body with good carbonation. Overall it is a great beer.

Fruity is the foe of bitter, and Rhinegeist pins the different sides of IPA fans against each other with this fruity, smooth and juicy IPA that's the bane of West Coast beer lovers.
Pouring pale lemon and held in a medium yeasty haze, Doc Hops gets going with bright fruit perfume of tropical fruit, citrus and mild herb. As the hops bounce right out, their flavor impact is boldly decorated with white grapefruit and lemon with a quick followup of passionfruit, kiwi and mango. All these fruit flavors are balanced with a soft malt backdrop of wafers, agave and honeysuckle. Balancing bitterness is piquant as additional flavors of green tea, lemon pepper and hemp swirl about.
Medium bodied and drier, crisper and more refreshing than the average hazy ale. Despite its hazy promises, this ale shares both attributes- the fruitiness of hazy ale but the bitter-forward and drier character of more bitter beer.
