Bottle at Las Buenas Pulgas, served in a balloon glass. Amber brownish color, small head with short retention, no lacing. Aroma of caramel, pepper, a little bit of red fruits and chocolate. Full body, sticky creamy texture, not carbonation. Taste follows the aroma, with more pepper in it. Good, but a bit simple and weak.

Dark amber + dead flat; golden syrup, sultana, + orange marmalade; caramel, tea leaves, sticky toffee pudding, bitter almond, toast crust, fresh fig + orange zest.

Bread + butter pudding! Super deep malts - a ton of dried fruit + dessert flavors. Dead smooth, not cloying, + no heat. Not vinous or sherried at all, either, despite some age. Superior.
