Aged three years in red and white burgundy barrels with brettanomyces yeast.
Pours a very dark ruby, with slight off white bubbles.
Smell is dark fruit, fig, raisin, and grape, with a slight sourness.
Taste follows exactly. Lovely complexity. Just enough sourness for me, feels fresh an bright, with hurting my teeth.
Feel is light and sweet.
