500ml bottle poured into a piny glass.
Pours a nice clear gold with a scant white head that leaves a little lacng. The smell of citrus hops hits you as you pour, there's a little earthiness in the background. The taste is good, full flavoured and the hops balance well with the malt . Citrus, light soft fruit, earth a light sweetness and a nice bitterness to round things off. Nicely well bodied. A good pale ale and luckily for me, a local one .

Bottle conditioned. Gold indeed. Slight haze. Medium frothy head.
A light citrus and hedgerow fruit aroma with a touch of caramel malt.
The taste reflects the smell with a bit of earthiness.
Soft carbonation with a close to cask feel. Quite dry.
A very nice Gold EPA from a bottle.

500ml brown glass bottle. A clear, orange amber coloured golden ale. Highly sessionable with a honeyed flavour and a crisp, smooth mouthfeel. Bitterness is moderate which makes for nicely refreshing pint.

Handpulled cask conditioned pint served at Port street bar to reveal a fairly clear golden body with thick tight white head. Aroma is golden syrup & gristly malt. Flavour is hints of lime and massive bitter finish
