Poured from a 330ml bottle into a dimpled pint glass.
Pours a dark amber colour with an ok white head.
Smells very malty, sweet and bready.
Tastes like hoppy liquid bread. Very heavy use of rye, which I love as it's a great showcase for the grain. Good but not overbearing presence of the US hops too - Chinook, Columbus, and Simcoe.
Overall a really nice beer from a promising new brewery.
