I think the brewer needs to learn about water PH the wife Even noticed it... tannins. The dark beers we're better then the light ones, that just goes along with what im saying. I have same problem just trying to learn more about water chemistry. Didnt try the food. Building was nice, clean and service was excellent. Our servers name was Sydney she smiled and tried to help us with everything. I want to add that we weren't assholes about it. I tipped her well but she still needs a raise. :)

We love reviews (150 characters or more)! Check out: How to Review a Beer. You don't need to get fancy. Drop some thoughts on the beer's attributes (look, smell, taste, feel) plus your overall impression. Something that backs up your rating and helps others. Thanks!
