Clear pale amber in the pint shaker. Modest foam, but plenty of carbonation in the mouth. Light hoppy aroma. Warm biscuity malt taste.
Tasty floral hops dominate the flavors. The resiny taste is very intriguing. Nice aromatic spiciness in the middle. After some sipping this becomes more of a bitter, burnt toast taste. Bitter finish puts this in the hoppier range of Pale Ales. Pleasant and refreshing quaff. On tap at Leroy's Kitchen in Coronado.
