A - Small white head, no lace, clear light honey.
S - A little spice, hint of cilantro.
T - Zowie. Hot, cilantro, peppers, malt. It's like having fish tacos in a beer. YUM.
M - Medium body, good carb. Balance good. THe heat lingers. I don't know if that is a good or bad thing.
D - I LOVE this beer. One of the best pepper beers I have tried! Great beer, fun brewery!
