Feel- Over-carbonated. After 15-20 minutes felt really good.

After 10 minutes of fruitless googling, I'm forced to assert this listing is the beer I have in my hands, which has a matching ABV, is labelled simply "Starocesko," has a green label, and is marked as being distributed by Pilsberg out of Slovakia. I acquired this 500ml aluminum can from a Tesco in Bratislava for under a euro. Served into a kitchen glass in me friend's gaff in Bratislava. Reviewed live. Expectations are low.
Served cold. Side-poured with standard vigor.
No bubble show forms as it's poured.
HEAD: 2 fingers. Off-white colour. Average thickness, creaminess, consistency, and complexion. Average (~2 minute) lacing. Leaves no lacing as it recedes.
BODY: Clear pale yellow of below average vibrance. Seems weak and perhaps watery. Looks overcarbonated. Clean in the sense that no yeast particulate or hop sediment is visible.
This don't look like much.
AROMA: Please. Barley and pilsner malts. Maybe some stale adjunct, but no cereals. There's very little going on here, and what little is present isn't all that interesting. Can't say I'm excited for the first sip. It's a mediocre aroma of average strength, and features no hop character or yeast.
TASTE: Bland. Clean barley, generic pilsner malts, a dab of floral hops. This is characterless and insipid. Uninteresting, with nothing to offer the discerning drinker. Luckily, it isn't watery. Can't say I like it. Why brew this?
TEXTURE: A biteen coarse. Unrefreshing. Wet. Light-bodied. This texture doesn't suit the flavour profile or style particularly well, but it's not watery, weak, or thin.
OVERALL: There's little to say about this except that it's a fair offering in the budget market category. It'll meet your low expectations, but one couldn't call it good per se. Meh. Below average overall.

Pours a clear, golden color with medium white head and not much retention.
The aroma is very weak, just some malts and that's it.
The taste starts sweet and is followed by very little bitterness in aftertaste.
Drinkable but nothing special. Just another mainstream lager.
