Picked up a growler from Vashon Liquors.
A: Pours a slightly hazy golden color, not as yellow as most blonde's I have had. Then again, it was previously called "American Bitter", so categorizing it as a blonde may not be 100% accurate. Small white head on top that reduces quickly, not much lacing or head.
S: A slightly sweet aroma, with some light floral notes and a little bit of citrus. There is a little bit of orange and some more malty sweetness on the finish.
T: Light citrus up front, which transitions to a bit of malty sweetness. Much more like a bitter than a blonde. There is a little bit of tea on the finish.
M: Light to medium bodied with moderate carbonation.
O: A nice beer. Not sure if it is really a blonde or more like a bitter, but it goes down easily.
