On-tap 11/27/2015 at Krestchmann Brewing Company in Webster, MA, served in a weizen glass.
A: The beer is a cloudy yellowish gold color, with a thin off-white head that fades quickly and leaves a thin lace on the glass.
S: The aroma contains wheat, bananas, caramelized malts, some citrus and a touch of hops.
T: The taste starts out bready with flavors of wheat and a hearty malt character. Then some sweetness comes in from flavors of caramel, bananas and citrus. The hops presence is mild but complementary and provides a good balance. The after-taste is slightly sweet and slightly bready.
M: Crisp and very smooth, medium body, medium carbonation, finish is clean.
O: Tasty, goes down easily, not too filling, mild kick, good representation of style, this is a very solid beer to drink for a long time.

On tap at Kretschmann Brewing Company.
Pours a clouded copper straw color, a small frothy white head dissipated down to a film on top of the beer.
A very minor scent, my olfactory senses were a little compromised, but I was able to detect some fruit yeast notes.
The taste starts sweet and malty, bready with some caramel to the flavor, before the floral hops decides to bite moderately.
Mouth feel is thin, a little watery, alcohol is hidden completely. Very drinkable.
A good brew that could be enjoyed in number for a good evening.
