Pours a hazy light yellow with a foamy bone head that settles to a film on top of the beer. No lacing on the drink down. Smell is of malt, grain, honey, ginger powder, and earthy green tea aromas. Taste is much the same with what I imagine the flavor of ginger-scented hand soap would taste like on the finish. There is a very mild amount of spice bitterness on the palate with each sip. This beer has a lower level of carbonation with a slightly crisp mouthfeel. Overall, this is a below average beer that sounds interesting on paper but comes out pretty poorly in my opinion.
