Biting overcarbonation and a strange bubblegum phenol emphasis make this hefeweizen an inferior offering in the style. Go for traditional clove and orange peel dominant expressions of the style if you want something great, but Midnight Sun is a drinkable and approachable stab at the style that will scratch your hefeweizen itch if you find yourself in Helsinki.
