Tasted in a pint glass from draft at Narrows Brewing Company on July 31, 2018. Hop forward pale ale featuring a double dry hopping of Citra and a pale malt base. Aromas of grapefruit, passionfruit and bread malt notes. It has a lighter bodied finish.

From the brewer: “...a sessionable, hop-forward pale ale featuring a double dry hopping of Citra and a spelt malt base.”
16oz can with unreadable canned on date, poured into a glass.
A: Pours a relatively clear, dark straw color with an off-white head that slowly dissipates and leaves good lacing.
S: Tropical fruit, citrus, some graininess.
T: Lush grapefruit, some bitterness on the finish, spelt grain adding complexity.
M: Relatively high carbonation, yet still viscous
O: Enjoyable, nicely made brew. I made the mistake of pouring the last couple ounces of the can into my glass. The beer tastes and smells better without the sediment.
