Pint can poured in to a nonic glass, No can dating.
Look- Hazy pale straw color. Decent off-white head that slowly receded to a thin cap of foam and solid lacing. Light carbonation streams visible.
Smell- Lemon and lime zest, pineapple, strawberry and gooseberry, white pepper, faint pine and other herbal/spicy hop notes.
Taste- Similar to the aroma, zesty lemon and lime citrus, pineapple, gooseberry, bready malt, a rather aggressive bitter pine and pepper finish. Fairly well balanced.
Feel- Medium/light bodied, crisp and dry. Moderate carbonation on the tongue.
O- Pretty solid overall, the lower ABV makes this an easy candidate for a session type IPA.
