473 ml can served cold into a pint glass. LCBO purchase for a little over $3 CDN. Canned July 19, 2018. Listed at 4.6% ABV.
Appearance - Pours a hazy, rich golden color with a small finger of white head that fizzles off in under a minute. Some visible carbonation.
Smell - Hints of banana and some grainy aromas, with a slight earthy undertone. A touch of sharp citrus on the back too.
Taste - Initially sweet like bubblegum and banana, but its a thin taste and seems forced. Some touch of clove and citrus too follow things up, but definitely leaning on the sweet side.
Mouthfeel - Thin and watery with plenty of carbonation. Seems like this is a gassy beer. Finish is a touch chalky.
Overall - Not bad, but not great either. Unlikely to repeat this purchase.
