Valemount 17/7 2018. 35,5 cl can from Aligra Wine & Liquor in West Edmonton Mall. Relaxed guy working on his People Skills while holding a can of beer on the label.
Pours slightly hazy golden yellow with a medium-sized white head. Settles as meagre remnants of foam patches floating around. No lacing.
Aroma is sour with sweet notes. Caramel, citrus, turpentine with light notes of grass.
Light carbonation. Slightly thick, oily texture.
Flavor is medium sweet followed by lighter bitterness. Aftertaste is light sourish bitterness. Stays with me for a while.
Easily drinkable and utterly forgettable.

I brought a tall boy can of this beer from the brewery whilst visiting Calgary for work. It poured a clear golden with white head that is leaving a nice lace. The scent had subtle grain notes. The taste was nicely balanced and easy to drink with bright malt base with grain presence. The mouthfeel was lighter in body with good carbonation. Overall it is a good beer.

People Skills is crystal clear, pale golden amber in color. Thin streams of CO2 support a rocky, white head. Retention is okay.
Taking my first sniff reveals an up front sweetness. Closer examination reveals soft aroma of biscuit malt combined with fruit sweetness which smells of ripe, white grapes. Honey comes in here as well, providing an interesting through note. The finish gives me the barest hint of earthy, European hops.
On the tongue, People Skills is smooth, light bodied, sweet, and refreshing. As with the nose, sweetness is a combination of biscuit malt, ripe white grapes, and honey. Flavors build nicely, giving a rounded center where the biscuit malt provides support for the other, sweeter flavors. The finish gives a slightly more pronounced flavor of European hops, this time giving fresh earth plus a hint of fresh cut grass.
This is a very nice cream ale. It's sweet without being sugary. Flavors of ripe grape and biscuit malts help keep the flavor from becoming overly sweet. Instead, the flavor has some structure while still allowing it to be overall refreshing.

If you’re into trendy bitter beers from craft brewers, this is not the beer for you. If you’re into milder tasting beer that flows easy on a warm summer day on the deck after some work got accomplished, or after a flight through the mountains hanging out with fellow pilots at the hangar, this will do. It’s a pretty mellow tasting beer.
I enjoyed this beer and will likely continue to keep some stock in the airport hangar fridge. It’s a great conversation piece.

Straw with a hint of haze, little carbonation and a fast dissipating head.
Smells of cardboard, cream of tartar, and unripe melon.
Its very malt forward with hints of cardboard and tartness.
Light body with little carbonation.
I got this in Banff, AB, and am drinking it in Redding, CA, Aug 29th.

Very very very mediocre beer
Pours bland, pathetically macro-infused tinge of off-putting urine yellow. Tiny head, just like how the drinkers of this over priced macrobrew cannot seem to socialize well without "People Skills".
Really need to re-price this, I'd take a coors light over this trash.

For an say drinker - this is very good! Smooth, as the style would suggest, and has some flavour and character.
This is definitely a beer I could see drinking on the deck.
