We soured our Whitecap Wit for 9 months in French Bordeaux wine barrels which evolved into this pleasantly tart wit beer with hints of coriander, citrus, oak and love. Brewed for our 2nd anniversary party.

Pours a golden yellow with a white head. Aroma is of funk, sour and oak with a slight vinegar smell. Taste is tart and crisp with the oak and sour taste shining through. Overall, I enjoyed this one and I am glad I picked up two at the brewery.
