Amber coper color with a one finger thick head with medium retention.
Nice aroma of caramel and slightly toasted malts, bread and butter, light grapefruit and mild papaya.
Fruity and lightly citrusy flavor of toasted malts, papaya, flowers, American yeast and some spices. Dry aftertaste with a good bitterness.
Medium body with low carbonation.
Decent APA, on the mouth it feels more toasty and malty than citrusy but still quite hoppy.
