Copper color with a two fingers fluffy head with medium retention.
Nice aroma with notes of prunes, caramel, fresh oranges, cereals with honey and finishing with chili.
Flavor with notes of molasses, prunes, banana, chili, vanilla, bubblegum and other spices. It gets increasingly hot as the beer dries out your mouth. Though mostly feels its head going down the throat.
Light body with appropriate carbonation. Alcohol of 6.5% abv is felt nowhere.
Interesting and well executed proposal. If this sweet and spicy combination works well for food, why not for beer? Even though this is relatively rather hot, you can sure say this is a Dubbel, but not a complex one. One warning: I am used to spices, which is uncommon for Brazilians, so this is not for girlies. A beer from who knows what was doing.
