I tried this beer at 101 Beer Kitchen in Westerville, OH. It poured an opaque dark with thin tan head that did not leave much lace. The scent had chocolate notes. The taste was nicely balanced and easy to drink with chocolate presence and subtle roast highlights. The mouthfeel was medium in body with good carbonation. Overall its a solid beer.
