16 ounce can, no dating that I noticed on it but I think it's a few months old. Thanks to Brutaltruth for giving me this one! Served in a chalice, the beer pours a somewhat hazy orange/amber color with about an inch and a half off-white head. Head retention and lacing are both good enough. The brew smells like blood oranges, honey, citrus peel, pine and some bready malt. Taste is similar to the aroma, but there's also some herbal hops noticeable too. Mouthfeel/body is medium, it's a bit creamy and is well carbonated. Thought this was a decent enough beer but was hoping there would be more blood orange/citrus flavor. Just seems to be something missing for me, but wouldn't mind trying another batch of this in the future.

From the 16 oz can in a snifter. This brew pours a chill hazed amber tinged golden color with
a nice head of white foam that settles to a thick / fat clumping layer with excellent lacing.
Nose of heavy pine and subtle orange zest with some honey malts. Flavors lightly expand on the
nose with honey, orange, heavy pine hops and herbal hops with light caramel. Mouth feel
is medium, light carbonation, and a bitter hop finish.
Overall----needs balance.
Cheers
