UPDATE FEB.22/16- Went back to the brewery and they were so apologetic over the spillage. Please read my review of their brewery in places for details..... Back to the original review.....
Purchased at the brewery for around the $6.00 mark or so. Served at 12deg C.
A- I am so sorry to have to do this but it didn't open well. Bottle is charged be careful.
S- What was left smelt wonderful! Loved the coco/chocolate heavy scent
T- See above plus it's got a malt and lactose melt in your mouth delicious flavor
M- WOW this is a great base. Couldn't do it justice due to circumstances but I am rating it for what it really would be going into the bottle. Have enough experience now to rate properly
O- I am giving it the average of smell, taste and feel only. If I can be fair and review properly I can only speak on what I can vouch for. If you have one please open it with extreme care. Sorry 5 paddles the overall had to include just a touch of the overcharge. Forgiveness please but it did happen. Then when I called them they completely agreed that it was a boo boo and made things right so my overall score reflects the overall experience...... It was a great beer I would definitely buy again. This is BY FAR the best milk stout I have ever had in my life. I really hope and prey they make it again. If so I'm buying 2 cases minimum it's that good.
This must be the longest review I ever did! LOL
Food Pairing
The I bet you is a fantastic milky good brew would have done well with..... Sorry to say but double chocolate brownies. Standard brownie cake with caramel and chocolate chips. Look the recipe up on the net and enjoy with this brew.
Enjoy
