650ml bottle into nonic pint. purchased oct 23 2015, consumed oct 26 2015
a: a very dark but not black beer. weak crimson hues in the light. two fingers of tan head
s: sweet roasted malt. milk chocolate, slight coffee. hints of raisins and prunes. a bit ashy/soy sauce-y too
t: so much flavour. heavy roasted malt, creamed coffee, milk chocolate, char, a bit of dark fruit acidity & sweetness, and a slight taste of salty soy sauce that doesn't really detract
m: light with lots of carbonation, excellent creamy feel. finishes dry like the beer genre suggests
o: a very impressive dry irish stout! not my favourite beer style, but this is a damn good brew
