Package: 650 ml bottle.
Appearance - Dark as night.
Smell - Whisky. I was surprised. Whisky/malt/brown sugar/molasses.
Taste - Interesting quite light on the palette. Whisky maple sryup oak notes are not initial but burnt chocolate malt followed by. The cherry and vanilla compliment close to after taste.
Mouth-feel - Considering a 8,5 abv, and the complex flavour profile it is inetersting light.
Overall - The 5 Paddles consistently surprise me with the quality of there brews. I would have like to age this, but could't resist. Fantastic brew!
