Purchased at the brewery for $6.00 for a 22oz bottle. Served at 4deg C in a draught glass
A- Opens well and pours a 1" high white head that lasts for 3mins or so before film out. Medium gold colour and unfiltered
S- Oodles of citrus here. Marketed as 5 or 6 citrus zests and yup they are there.
T- Citrus galore! Grapefruit, orange, lemon, lime, tangerine and imagine more. Hops are there but this citrus is from citrus not hops. Wonderful IPA is so complex that it's jaw dropping. Wet hops, dry hops and all around a beautiful blend.
M- Dry and tart but has some creaminess.
O- Excellent brew. Will buy on sight every time I see it. Worth grabbing a few
Food Pairing
This wonderful brew went amazing with...... Apple pie. Best if the cinnamon was cut down at touch though so it does not overpower.
