Pours a nice deep auburn, lots of carbonation to build a light pillowy head and drive the unfiltered yeast around like a beer snowglobe. Nice caramel malty scent and taste. Quarter inch of head lingered till the end. In my opinion a very good example of the trappist quadrupel style. And at 11.5% the 625ml bottle left me feeling very fine... verry finw indeedf.!! Cheers 5 paddles drinkers.
