Good looking beer with a substantial head settling to a cap. Lots of lace along the way. Chocolatey nose, maple syrup is noticeable, makes the nose pretty sweet. Cocoa, coffee, ash, and maple to taste. Noticeably sweet with a lingering bitter finish. Overall well made, but the sweetness won't appeal to everyone.
