650 ml bomber from the brewery. Poured a honey gold colour with some white head and lacing. Fairly hazy. Smell is richly tropical, pineapple, mango, guava, grapefruity citrus, very inviting. Fresh citrus backed up by a solid fruitiness, slightly tart.
T - clean bready malts, a dry grapefruity body, mild earthiness, pineapple, semisweet citrus and biscuitiness. Not all that bitter but nicely rounded with a full dryness on the finish. Dry citrus zest comes out, maybe some light pine but really tropical mostly, some berries. Very fruity and refreshing.
M - moderate body with appropriate smooth carbonation, easy and refreshing with a dry finish. Nice balance of bitterness and malt body. Quite nice.
Enjoyable IPA from 5 Paddles, has a good sessionable and fruity, slight tart bitterness, really nicely drinking, interesting tropical notes, with a pronounced dryness as opposed to a juicy westcoaster, nice profile with good flavour.

Enjoyed at the brewery with Mike the brewer. Lots of hops that lead to a good bitterness, Nugget, Cascade, Saaz.A promising start, I am sorry I cnnot try all of their new beers. A lot of citrus flavour. Faint head on cloudy golden. Nicely drinkable, especially fresh. Worth a try.
