Black pour with brown head. Aroma has intense roasted (even a bit smokey) malts. Also has some kind of savory, umami or soy sauce note. Taste follows really closely. Balanced at first but gets really roasty and bitter to the finish and leaves a dry, roasted coffee bitterness in the aftertaste. Body is heavy with enough effervescence to make it really easy to drink. Alcohol is really well hidden. Overall this is a really well made imperial stout. If you like roast bombs, this one is for you.

IBU: 50. Full bodied and balanced stout with flavors of coffee, chocolate, creamy vanilla, soft moccha, roasted malt and whatnot. Delicious, sugary head. Simply amazing - one of the best stouts I've had! 9/10
