Copenhagen 13/5 2020. 33 cl bottle from Meny, Rotunden, Hellerup. What looks like a hectic crowd worshipping gigantic sun-flower on the label.
Pours pale almost luminescent yellow with a small white head. Settles as flimsy, thin layer of foam struggling to cover the surface of the beer. No lacing.
Aroma is moderately intense with a fruity sweetness and slightly stronger tart lemonade odor. Passion fruit and mango. Astringent, tart, citric odor of citrus concentrate and unripe berries.
Medium strong carbonation. Thin, watery, lightly tingling texture.
Flavor is medium intense with medium strong sweetness followed by a stronger, tart sourness. Aftertaste is tart with a light sweet undercurrent. Finish is dry.
A nicely flavored Berliner Weisse where the flavoring is controlled and I do not lose the feeling that I am drinking a Weisse.

Tap at Wesse Krafta, Krakow - Pours yellow with a thin white head. Medium carbonation. Aroma - floral at the front, some light citrus notes at the back. Taste - crisp, floral, fruity. light tart. Lovely berliner weisse, real thirst quencher on a hot summers day.
