De Labirratorium. En copa Teku. Viendo Dark 1x07. Aunque no soy mucho de pedro ximenez, hay que reconocer que aqui esta francamente bien integrado en la birra y no me importaria repetir

Really dark brown color with a very thin ring of tan foam. Aroma has sweet fruit, vanilla and toffee notes. Taste is fruity, sweet but also a bit tart at first, gets more roasty with fruit seed bitterness on the finish. Medium plus body with medium minus carbonation. Quite complex beer with a good mix of flavors.

This imperial stout is aged Pedro Ximenez barrels.

It pours a pitch black body with a very thin head.
The smell is on the wine and cocoa
The barrel flavours are really amazing. You could easily think you're drinking a glass of Pedro Ximenez with this characteristic dry grape notes. The malt base does the job to round the whole thing up.
The mouthfeel is dense and smooth.
A big surprise from Nomada. A really solid brew
Well I've had it more than one year later on 09/02/20. Even better. This blows me away.
