Copenhagen 10/5 2020. 33 cl bottle from Meny, Rotunden, Hellerup. Nómada's usual collage design with a picture of a roaring sea and smaller picture of fruit tree.
Pours slightly unclear, pale yellow with a small, bubbly white head. Disappears after 10 seconds leaving a glass of ice tea behind. No lacing.
Aroma is medium intense with a sweet herbal odor and some sour citric notes. Sweet apples, herbal tea, fermented pear. Citrus and lemon. Lemonade-ish.
Strong carbonation. Thin, watery, tingling, lively texture.
Flavor is fairly intense with a light sweetness followed by a strong sourness. Light saltness peeking in. Aftertaste is bit thin and citric sour. Lingers for a bit. Semi-dry finish.
Fresh and lemonade-ish. If I was a stickler for formality I would say I missed a bit of salt in my soup.

It pours a somewhat cloudy, lime yellow body with visible carbonation, and a thick, soapy, white head.
It has a distinct aroma of blackcurrant and lemon. Very alluring.
The taste has lemon, blackcurrant, salt and spices. Medium-bodied and sour, with high carbonation.
Crisp, clean and refreshing. Very enjoyable. Perfect for summer.
