Interesting bottle, very indigenous.
Slightly hazy amber color with a thin fluffy head with short retention.
Aroma of grains, mild spices and mint.
Flavor with predominant notes of grains and hay, a hint of caramel, cinnamon, some spicy and floral hops, and yeast. Hay doesn’t really bother. Dry aftertaste with a pleasant bitterness.
Light body with appropriate carbonation.
Balanced Red Ale from Patagonia. Very pleasant, it is light but still flavorful without being sweet; I sure could have a few more.
