Light yellow beer with a thin fluffy head that disappeared immediately.
Sour aroma with notes of lemon and horse mantle. Not a good sign for a Wit...
Citrusy flavor with notes of herbal hops, alcohol, C vitamin, spices and lemon. Dry aftertaste with a mild acid sensation.
Light body with mild carbonation with tiny bubbles.
This sure had some sort of contamination, which seems usual for this brand and rather frequent for Argentinean craft beers. It felt like some bug kept attenuating this Witbier resulting in sour and non-sweet flavors.
