Amber copper color with a thin head with short retention.
Aroma with notes of sweet flowers, honey, cinnamon, Belgian yeast, orange marmalade, pears, sugar, dough and apple puree.
Flavor with notes of hay, herbal Argentinean hops, lemon, cloves, white pepper, pineapple, perfume and apple juice. Dry aftertaste with a medium bitterness.
Medium body with slightly effervescent carbonation. Alcohol of 8% is well disguised.
Good Belgian Strong Ale; it has a decent complexity and it balances well sweet, phenols and alcohol notes fitting the style.
