Watermelon flesh with a haze, white head gone in 30 seconds. Smell is dull, raspberry. Taste is fresh raspberries, low sour, refreshing almost kombucha like with less of a strong fermented notes. This beer stands alone, on a hot day; pair with fresh corn-cold salads, fresh fruit dishes, and summer pies ie strawberry, or lemon/citrusy dishes.
