Appearance - Pours hazy and dull, golden in color with a white, finger width head that fizzes away in fair time, revealing a mostly barren surface. No lacing.
Smell - Aromatics fill the room as the can is opened, with plenty of peach and a bit of ginger spice hitting the nostrils. Light wheat and some funk, but mostly it's peach and ginger on the nose.
Taste - Follows the nose. Juicy peach and spice with lesser wheat notes coming through mid-taste. Light funk beneath. Finishes with the same flavors, with peach, spice and a touch of funk lingering in the aftertaste.
Mouthfeel - Medium-bodied with lively carbonation. Bright, refreshing and slightly dry finish.
Overall - Pretty good, and an apt description of just what it is. Not quite in my wheelhouse, but I can dig it, and I can certainly see the love others would have for it. The third in their Curiosite series. The Key Lime Gose was fantastic. The Lemon Cucumber Pils? Not so much.
