Can poured into a Mountain Rambler Brewery pint glass
A: Pours slightly hazy golden amber with a frothy off white head that settles to a light layer and leaves a little nice lacing.
S: Citrus, quickly met with tropical and stone fruit, pine, herbal notes, grassy, biscuity malt, and a little caramel sweetness.
T: Zesty citrus, orange, grapefruit, and lemon, tropical and stone fruit, mango, passion fruit, pineapple, peach, apricot, guava, and a hint of melon, herbal pine, a bit grassy, biscuity malt, and a little caramel sweetness.
M: Medium body, moderate carbonation.
O: Definitely curious about what exact hops they used, but the results are quite nice. Citrus forward for sure, but it's got some depth to back that up.

Looks like a hazy, but this is more of a hybrid IPA. Citrus-forward, a little bit of danky hops in the aroma and taste as well, medium feel and low bitterness. Overall, yet another solid IPA from NG, they're one of the NorCal breweries that consistently put out solid rotating brews.

New Glory is quickly turning into one of my favorite brewerys! Another iteration of a hazy IPA that is really good. A good not great nose...taste follows it with a nice use of citra hops. This has more of a citrus-ey taste than a tropical one. Definitely good enough to be placed on my top 15 list!

From the 3/30/18 can release
Appearance - Pours hazy and mellow orange in color with a frothy, white, finger width head. Fair retention results in a thin, broken layer of suds, thickening up around the edge of the glass. A few broken lines and some small spotting make up the lace.
Smell - Enticing aroma of fresh orange with lesser leaf and an underlying apricot character.
Taste - Oh man that's good. Mellow, but packs an abundance of flavor that fills the senses. Orange, apricot and papaya with a faint touch of pineapple. Mellowness continues in the finish, but melds all those lovely flavors into a single entity of citrusy bliss.
Mouthfeel - Medium-in body with fair carbonation. Velvety texture with a stupid easy, slightly dry finish.
Overall - I bought a single can. I'm returning to the store immediately to grab a 4-pack. Beers like this are what made becoming a beer geek all worth it. While brewed as a hazy, the citrus character is so fresh and encompassing it almost reminds me of some of the milkshake IPAs I've had.

Can from 08/14/17 into a tulip.
L: Slightly hazy orange gold with finger of medium density white head that had limited retention and left spotted lacing.
S: Nose is mango and apricot forward with citrus in tow. Very fruity and juicy.
T: Follows the nose but with more prominence from the citrus, primarily orange. Finishes with limited bitterness and low astringency, clears the palate quickly.
F: Thinner bodied, moderate carbonation, and slick on the tongue.
O: Great beer from New Glory who seem to be one of the hottest entities in the Sacramento metro these days. Not sure if this or Turbidity is my favorite from them to date, but very happy I grabbed a 4pk!
