Appearance - Pours hazy and dull orange in color with a sandstone, finger width head. Good retention results in a thin, velvety looking layer of film across the surface. Strong lacing with broken webbing and spots making up the bulk of it.
Smell - Fresh leaf, tangerine, peach and tangy berry.
Taste - Follows the nose. Tangerine and peach upfront before some leafy and slightly dank character sets in. A bit of berry tang on the back end. Malts lend a very generic bready sweetness. Finish is fruity with a light pith bitterness.
Mouthfeel - Medium-bodied with moderate carbonation. Slick, easy drinker with a slightly dry finish.
Overall - She's an interesting hazy IPA, for sure. The Enigma hop sure does add some interesting character to a beer. I'll keep an eye out for it in the future.
